Disciplinary Procedure

Any member of
Tockwith Juniors Football Club, who breaches the Code of Conduct
or the Policies contained within it, could be subject to disciplinary
action.

If found guilty of misconduct, bullying,
discrimination, abuse, either physical or verbal or any action which
could bring the Club's name into disrepute, the following sanctions
could be applied:
- An informal warning as to
future conduct.
- A formal warning as to
future conduct.
- Suspension from
membership.
- Removal of
membership.
Any matter that
requires investigation should be reported to the relevant manager/coach
or the Club Secretary, either verbally or in writing. The Club's Secretary
is responsible for the recording and safe storage of such details.

All matters relating
to a breach of rules will, in the first instance, be investigated
and where possible resolved by the manager/coach of the relevant
age group.

If the manager/coach
is unable to resolve the issue, then it will be brought before Officials
from the Club's Management Committee.

If found guilty,
any of the actions listed in section 2 above, could be applied.
However, any member found guilty of a breach of the Club's codes
has the right to appeal. The appeal will be heard by a different
panel, assembled from the Club's Management Committee.
- This procedure
is supplementary to those of the North Riding County FA and the York
Mitchell Sports Mini-Soccer Football League.
