Complaints Procedure
If any child, parent or coach feels they have experienced
discrimination in any way, or believe the Club's Code of Conduct has been
broken, they should follow the procedures below:

Submit a report on the matter to the Club Secretary
that includes:
- Details of what, when and
where, the occurrence took place.
- Any witness statements
and names.
- Names of any others who
have been treated similarly.
- Details of any former
complaints made about the incident, date, when and to whom.
- A preference for a
solution to the incident.

The Club's Management Committee will sit for any hearings that are requested and have
the power to:
- Issue an informal warning
as to future conduct.
- Issue a formal warning as
to future conduct.
- Suspend from membership.
- Remove the membership of
any person found to have broken the Club's Policies and/or Code of
Conduct.
- Any grievance
a member of TJFC might have against an opposing team, its officials
or spectators will be referred to the appropriate League via the Club's
Management Committee.
