Tockwith Juniors Football Club was formed as recently as September 2002 to provide a focal point for children of the village and surrounding area in which to play football.

The club now has over 160 members with ages ranging from four to seventeen.

It now boasts ten level one & two level two certificate coaches as well as a small army of dedicated parents.

 

September 2003 saw the club embark on their first league campaign when they entered U8's and U10's teams in the York Mitchell Junior Football League.

TJFC now runs teams from Under 6's through to Under 13's.

Only 12 months after the club's inception, it received the much sought after FA Charter Standard Award. The secret behind this success?
